1. Cropped the image to get rid of unwanted parts of the background.
2. Blured out the rest of the background with a the lasoo tool and the gausian blur.
3. Used curves as well as color balancing to lighten the image.
4. Edited the face with clone tool and lightened face with dodge tool.
5. Finally, used smudge tool to smooth out the edges of the blur.
